Hello, I am 44 years old. I never had tooth sensitivity. Till now I don't have any sensitivity. But for the past 6- 7 months even it a piece of cumin or coriander falls between my right side premolars while chewing, I feel a sharp stabbing pain. It last for hours. Though I can easily drink hot or cold drinks or eat icecream without difficulty. Please help.

You must consult a dentist asap and rule out the diagnosis. U may have enamel wear out or decay . Accordingly depending on the extent of damage the treatment can be planned

Diagnosis can be made once the tooth is seen clinically and the xray is taken. There's a possibility that the tooth is already dead which is causing pain.
Next Steps
Visit the nearby dentist and follow the instructions that the doctor says. Also get the treatment done if required.
Health Tips
Do not ignore any signs (sensitivity, pain, food lodgement).
