Bad breathe
Is bad breathe problematic ? I do not have any health issues nor have I experienced any symptoms to doubt if I have any issue. But off late I have been having this bad breathe. I do brush my teeth properly and even clean my tongue regularly, so I am not sure what is causing this issue. Would not drinking enough water cause bad breathe. Is this something to worry. Pls advise

The most common cause of bad breath is tartar and plaque deposits on the teeth. Get your scaling and polishing done. Ideally it is recommended everyone should get their scaling done once a year. Dry mouth can lead to bad breath. Also nose block due to allergies causing mouth breathing can also cause bad breath
Health Tips
Use a mouthwash like Colgate plax .
