Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been having a mouth ulcer from two days and it is paining a lot alot should i take bicosules tablet twice a day for healing it

My Two Lower Frontal Teeth Are Crowned(Ceramic With Metal) Due To Which I Stopped Using Them For Biting Raw Vegetables,Eating Corn On Cob, Biscuits Etc.I Only Bite Soft Fruits & Foods.But This All Made Me Upset & Depressed Because Now I Can't Lead Normal Life As I Used To With Natural Teeth.And I Can't Go For Implant Or Bridge Because I'm Suffering From Auto Immune Disorder & My Healing Is Very Poor.Now At Young Age My Tooth Function Has Became Like 80Years Old.Please Suggest Me Something
