Ur wisdom tooth is inclined and locked under adjacent tooth. Due to its such position it is causing decay of adjacent tooth. Extraction of wisdom tooth is advised  otherwise it will keep on increasing the problem
Next Steps
after extraction of wisdom tooth u will have to go for RCT of adjacent  tooth to save it

The pain at night is related to your second molar which is decayed and involving the pulp of your tooth so a root canal treatment is required. The main reason for the decay is the positioning of the wisdom tooth which has led to this condition. Get your wisdom tooth extracted as well as root canal for your second molar. Don't delay as the more you delay the more invasive the treatment may get.
Next Steps
visit an endodontist for root canal treatment( which will relieve you from the pain which is occurring at night) followed by an oral surgeon for wisdom tooth extraction.
Health Tips
get the treatment soon, sooner the better.

Hi,please note that the main reason of pain is the lower second molar and not the wisdom tooth,,the angulation of the wisdom tooth has caused a cavity in the adjacent tooth that needs a root canal filling ,the reason of pain at night the cavity has touched the pulpal portion of the tooth,,see a dentist asap ,,get wisdom tooth extracted and the adjacent tooth saved.
