Tooth and Mouth Problems

My wisdom teeth is coming out, my teeth is not paining but dat area is paining. So what should I take the medicine.

I have acid reflux , today I got a red watery bump on retro molar trigone which is not painful and also at the back of the side of the tongue I observed slight big papillae one or two are red also but no discomfort
