I bite my tongue post a root canal procedure since the mouth was numb. Difficulty eating, hurts even while the tongue touches the teeth while the mouth is closed

Hello , I'm a 16 year old boy. My front teeth is elongated and comes out side from my mouth. I have not received any kind of treatment for it till now. What should be done to solve this problem
