Tooth and Mouth Problems

For a while now I've been waking up in the morning and my mucus is always orange. Sometimes it's a little more orange than other times. Even if I brush my teeth the night before and don't eat anything an hour before I go to bed. I don't smoke. It does take/smell bad but after brushing my teeth it goes away for the whole day. I drink soda maybe 1-2 times a week. When it comes to brushing my teeth I am not perfect but I don't feel like brushing prevents it

Hello doctor ,since 2 days I'm suffering from severe pain ,even unable to speak ,unable to drink water due ulcer formed on right lateral side of tongue ,then small ulcers are formed on inner side of cheek ,upper nd lower lips nd near angle of mouth ..since 1 day I'm using diclofenac,dento gel ,vitamins tablet along with riboflavin ,I'm  unable to brush my teeth properly, I can feel slight  bad odour from my mouth. Really doctor I'm feeling very tensed. ,whether this is any precancerous lesions ??? Plz help me out ?

A dentist extracted two premolars from the lower left side from my son's mouth, when he was 9 years 4 months old. I want to know that when will the new permanent premolars will come. The doctor has put a space maintainer,wit a dental cement, as the gap is very big between his canines an a permanent molar, but it always comes out after every 10 days. The doctor takes Rs500 each time to fix the space maintainer, which is beyond our budget. So I want to know the name of the dental cement and it's composition, so that I can buy it from the pharmacy and give to the doctor to fix the space maintainer.

I had and RCT for moler tooth(2nd Last) & my gum was cut short for obtaining tooth wall still waiting for cap 5 days back anti biotics has been given. But now I have ulcers in my mouth and it have imflammation with but of pain while opening my mouth.. anti biotic course has been completed yesterday. I took bcasule today. Need help to get ril of these ulcers..
