May I know apart from your reduced mouthopening any other symptoms u have..
Right now no need of operations..stop your habbit ..wait for 6months..
No treatment including the surgery will benefit for u ..if u r not stopping the habbit

consult a nearby dentist..If its in initial stage then you can go for steroid injections..Before that we need to confirm with biopsy
