Tooth and Mouth Problems

InMarch,a mouth ulcer on inner cheeks,tongue,at the back of tongue,beneath,very painful lasted for 10-11 days,consulted MBBS and recovered Soon after15-20 days again it got repeated but a very mild one as i took proper care through remedies,recovered in 7-8 days.After1.5 months i developed a single sore pale yellow with red area sorrounding it on my inner lip for around 7 days.it shows recovery,since 2-3 weeks gums bleeding around 1 teeth while brushing,a new brush,if gentle,doesnt bleed watsay?

I had a RCT two years ago and now I am feeling extreme pain the same teeth. Today morning there was swelling also. What's the further procedure to cure it.

I have wisdom teeth impacted as u seen in report, but dont know how many tooth impacted, i don't have any pain so it is best to remobe it now

My friend has a problem of an underdeveloped left maxilla and mandible due to which he has a deviated smile and nose and he is planning to undergo an orthognathic surgery to correct it but his parents are too anxious about it.
