Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have cavity filling on both side of teeth (2 molar) and both upper molar,is there will be any problem in my future ,is my decision is correct to fill them now.

I did my root cancel 3 yrs back and had put a bridge (Cap) over my 3 side teeth's which are next to the canine teeth. From the past 3 days my teeths which are covered under the cap are paining. it is giving me some paining sensation and has become very sensitive. Is it because of the climate or something? is there a painkiller which I could take to avoid the pain?

One day before I had a minor sore throat or maybe a swell in the right part of my throat. Took medicine and it went. Soon after I could feel a sensation in the right part of my mouth. Though it was not major I ignored. From yesterday I found there is a constant pain in the back side of my right gums. No teeth ache no unusual situation just pain in the gums of only the back part. Sometimes bit sensation in the teeth also. Could eat drink everything just the pain in the gums and sometimes in the jaw as well. While touching I noticed there is a tonsil below that jaw which is by touching it hurts. So that tiny swollen tonsil and the gums which pains. How severe is the the condition? Is it something which is not much to worry about?

For the past 2-3 weeks my throat and soft pallet has been sore. 1-2 weeks ago it was unbearable but has gotten better. This is week 3 and it’s not crazy pain but it seems like the spots that are sore are I different spots every day. Roof of mouth left side one day, Back of throat right side next day. I feel like I always have a tickle in my throat as well.
