Excessive Tooth Decay and pain. Broken tooth. Uneven edges causing irritation and pain. Kindly suggest remedy

Two options : Removal of tooth that is extraction or Root Canal Treatment Treatment of choice depends upon the condition of you tooth. But as you wrote about it , I think extraction is preferable . Besides this , you can take Tab. Ketorol DT - 10mg but only in emergency basis that is when your pain is unbearable. Not to be taken more than twice in a day .
