White lesions has to examined clinically. Consult a dentist, for gum infection scaling and Polishing can be done as a base line treatment. if further treatment is required your dentist will advise you

You should get a dental check up. Gum problems can be treated by scaling and polishing. That is the basic requirement and then your dentist will check the response of your gums and guide you if further treatment is required. The white lesions need to be clinically examined for proper diagnosis
