Hi, My son first Lower milk tooth fallen a month back. But till now there is no symptoms of new permanent teeth coming again. Can some one please confirm by when new teeth will come again from the moment it fall ? How long I can wait before consulting with a dentist ? I have a got a piece of my 4 corner teeth broken on the upper jaw , and so i cant eat from that side since a food might accumulate and then it pains , morever on the other side of the upper jaw i am feeling pain when i eat from that side , and the pain is mostly in gums or root of the teeth , it occurs not so frquently.
