Hello, Consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon . The clicking sound may be due to malocclusion , or any problem in the TMJ joint. A consultation is required if it is due to malocclusion the braces treatment will cure it . If not a TMJ scan has to be taken and treatment accordingly will be done.

Hi, the joint where this sound comes from is called the Temporomandibular Joint. Causes of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) clicking include injury to the teeth or jaw, misalignment of the teeth or jaw, teeth grinding, poor posture, stress, arthritis and gum chewing.
Next Steps
Please consult a good Oral surgeon or a TMJ specialist.
