Whenever I eat sweet food items or chocolates I feel a current shock type of pain in my molar teeth on both the sides. I have been facing this issue from past 1 year and it's growing more and more

The sensitivity may be due to any cavity or recession of gums or and chipping of enamel .
Depending on the cause the treatment may vary .
