Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Doctor Recently I went to doctor for root canal treatment. I had deep cavity in molar teeth. Doc gave local anaesthesia and tried to clean it up but still pain is there. Again she had given 2 injection to clean it up but pain wasn't bearable. She had given cotton numb the tissue and asks me to come back tomom. Since pain wasnt bearable I couldn't go. Can anyone tell me without pain , root canal can be done. ? Is cavity is deep so why are we doing root canal instead can we extract it ? Thank you

I am suffering from teeth pain in the left side of the lower jaw from past 6 days . I don't know why it is suddenly happened . Give me suggestions to reduce pain in the teeth.

The last 3 tooth of left side lower jaw are severely paining and last tooth of lower jaw both side are getting black

My left side of the mouth above the below between the teeth there is a red patch and the skin is also read also pain some time and today it's very much paining and I also consulted for general physician they suggested for goggles in salt water for 2 times and given tab combiflame for 2 days what are the symptoms and how long this would be what are the medicine to be taken to get the problem fixed... For R1 is there any alternative to extraction? For R2, filling would suffice or do i need an RCT? Please let me know.

Hi Doctor's Found yellow kind round ulcer appearance in mouth.( Images attached) same place I have wisdom tooth growing Been to Dentist,She said it's contact ulcer & some other doctor said it is Glands. It's there in mouth from long time but not creating any issues like burning, increasing in size etc. Can u suggest
