My mother is having upper stomach pain since two days. She is having IBS issue and taking rifagut, yogurt, veloz, sucrofil syrup, normaxin After eating anything she is having. Even after passsing motion she is having pain

I have 160 SGPT . I'm getting indigestion , IBS problems . At present , I'm out of station . I'm taking only rice porridge . Will rice porridge help in making stool hard? I'm scared of taking any medicines  coz I'm having hives issue or drug allergy . I couldn't take any allopathy medicine . Then it'll form like Hives in body .

I have been detected with H. Pylori and I have been prescribed Pyloflush. I was detected with same infection few years back also. That time I did a triple therapy(amox+clarith+ppi). My question is, is Pyloflush enough to eradicate it?
