I have also gone through ultrasound,spools test,blood test . but nothing much . only I got fatty liver. but doctor gave me medicine for that.. still I was getting again I consulted with doctor. he told me gastric problem n given me some medicine.related to that.. can u suggest me plz doctors

Stomache for last two day
I had non veg food for lunch n dinner on friday.
Saturday it was normal.
on sunday night it started to pain a little and continued on monday as well.
on Tuesday it converted into loose motion, while pain is still there.
i feel some swelling in liver.

Gas issues
Do not experience any pain however gas sound is audible. I feel like farting,this issue I face in office sitting position which is quite embarrasing. I currently intake safi due to constipation and feel like going loo more than 2 times.please advise.
