I am 24 year old guy. Of lately i have discovered blood in my stool. It's dark red in color. Also i have recently lost 10 kg of body weight in last 7 -8 months. Is this related and what's wrong with me as i don't feel any pain and rest everything is normal.

Swelling in liver
When ever i eat, gas produces in stomach. He takes Rantac 150mg for reduction of gas production. He doesn't eat healthy breakfast before going to office as he feels vomiting while traveling.

Stomach ache
Stomach ache since 3 months. No particular time. Everywhere like upper lower middle left right. No other symptoms.once left once right etc . Stools right after i eat anything. Sometimes pulsating. Migrane due to indigest
Severe headache starts between 3 to 5 am and rests for the whole day, whenever some heavy food or late night food has been in taken. It increases in noon. Pain under left rib cage?
Having problem from past 3years. Feels like something is there under rib cage. Cannot sleep on my stomach. Left rib cage sticking out. Hunger pangs, bloating. Pain is always there and increases after eating. Feel very low and blah! Feeling. Also a painful lymph node above the rib near pain area.

Burp issue
Since few months I have to forcefully burp since it does not come automatically and I feel uneasy if I don't burp it's like gas is stuck on stomach n throat and not able to come out.
