Pain under left rib cage?

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Having problem from past 3years. Feels like something is there under rib cage. Cannot sleep on my stomach. Left rib cage sticking out. Hunger pangs, bloating. Pain is always there and increases after eating. Feel very low and blah! Feeling. Also a painful lymph node above the rib near pain area.
