Feels pain in muscle..

I am feeling pain in my muscles basically biceps, aps muscle and neck while getting up in the morning. I can not sleep more then 4 hr continuously due to this pain. after 25 to 30 min of getting up pains are gone. I use to take late night sleep around 12 pm to 1 am. Have some gas and acid related problem.
