Hello, This might be because of the food that you had at unusual place or might be another reason. You need to avoid all spur foods like tamarind, lemons, tomatoes, gooseberry, grapes, fried and spicy foods. Take yoghurt twice a day as diet with roti or rice along with dal or any other vegetables of your own choice. Take 2-3 liters of water a day. Have short meals hut increase frequency 6 if you were taking 3 per day. If the smell of the stools is foul kindly consult a nearby general physician.
