After the exercise when i have my protein drink a pain starts in my stomach after some time for 2 to 3 hpurs and also if i have a very very small amount of alcohol it gives me severe pain.I m not able to understand all my friends can drink normally but i can't even take 3 sips it starts paining very badly

Pain below chest
