Constipation and gas
I suffer from constipation usually. And gas not (heart burning) is aslo occurring even after eating healty food which includes high fiber still constipation occurs. I am facing this problem since one year but now it is occuring frequently. Please suggest.

Inflammatory bowel disease
Ulcerative colitis and crohns disease should be ruled out consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
