Respected sir/Madam I have severe gastric production That causes pain in stomach, chest, back side, hip etc. Some kind of discomfort is there, I am eating food reqularly. There is so much of release of gas through ass hole. Right now iam taking tablet Razo L. Some kind of muscle pain, sparain around sholders, chest regions are there. Kindly guide me

Hi for last one week i am having pain in my anus. It started with a cut during passing of stool. It pains in and around the hole and continue after the motion for 5-6 hrs and by evening it subsides. I visited a general physician and told him the symptoms so he gave me daflon 500 to eat for 3 times a day for 5 days and xylocane jelly 2% to apply locally. I have completed the course but still not got the relief. Though now it pains but not like 1 st day. Pls advice

Hello.. last week I have taken a clavam625 antibiotic along with crocin and okacet for body pains, cold and clogged ears infection. . daily morning and evening for 3 days but I didn't take any antacid tablet. but after 3 days iam getting too much has from stomch..is this because of antibiotics? i have taken omezd for one day but no relief ... Idont have any stomach pain and chest congestion. .only iam getting gas from stomch. . How do I get the this? Now iam taking esomac 20mg ..is it this helpful. .? Pls help. ..

Take small coup of rice no digation and take time more than 18hrs. Pain abdomen and constipation. Vomitings some times, Weakness, wight loss.

Did ct abdomen for pain in right iliac fossa which had finding of IC junction circumferential thickening of 13mm noted for a length of 27mm. Now I am under Anti tubercular drugs.I have doubt should I undergo hemicolectomy or undergo conservative treatment of medication? Can abdominal Koch's be treated with only Anti tubercular drugs?

Dear Dr, My problem last 5 years but not relief in my life I m very careful eating food at home. I don't have tea coffee and other fast food in hotel.but precaution same time hyper acidity .. n dr visit again n again but not relax to me. N breathing problems same time. I am experiencing sharp pain in my right abdomen area and pelvic area. Sometimes the pain does not allow me to walk even. The pain gets relieved a bit when I empty my bowels but returns if I do a lot of movement and have food. Sometimes I can feel hardness in my right abdomen wall. I also have occasional rectal bleeding when I pass motion. The pain also aggravates when I am stressed. I have PCOS and had my right ovary and tube removed last year through laproscopic surgery; I am not sure if the pain is due to this but gynec scans have not showed anything. I suspect IBS, IDS, maybe even Crohns but I am not sure. I need advise on how I can find the right speciaist, how I can help him/her quickly diagnose my problem and what scans I might to do to support this.
