Wrong dose of thyroxine administered has speeded up only gastric emptying. Are there any medicines to slow down so that food remains longer in my stomach

Couple of months ago I have been diagnosed with mild chrons and after suffered a lot of abdominal pain and lost weight drastically, doc has prescribed PENTASA 500 and used for 2months and feel better than before but once in a months I get several abdominal cramps that I almost feel like dying of pain....but since couple of days I've been feeling so weak and tired... And too hungry... Today I got a test done ESR at local diagnostic and the levels are 50mm in 1st hour and 80mm in second hour... Please help me out
