Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been having anemia symtoms 9 months back. 6 months earlier I was diagnosed with low haemoglobin and symtoms were gone. I just got a CBC report today. haemogloblin level is still less than minimum but better. However there are some other things that I need help with

I was suffering from vomiting yesterday and had fever and took a tablet of vomikind 4 mg after which I felt better. Today again i feel like vomiting and m stomach is not getting cleared. I had eaten only dal rice yesterday but I have bitter taste on m tongue now. I also feel nausea and uneasiness.

I have suffered from GERD with hiatus hernia, gasteric problem, knee pain, high pressure, too much tired, back pain, Vitamin B12 difficiency & weight loss.

What will happen if we swallow chewing gum. What we should do. I drank lot of water after swallowing gum. Will it get digested and excreted automatically. Please advise

I am working in a BPO almost 7 years. So I have to do work in shifts. Due to mental disorder (anxiety, depression, phobia) I am under medication and recently consulted a phycriyatist. Almost one month I am suffering from excess gas, indigestion, nausea. Feel like something stuck in my throat. No appetite, no test. Not having good sleep every day. Pain or hurt bearing symptoms is not there almost. Feel heavy ness or tightness in stomach. Wind with very bad smell. Motion is not clear. Sometime constipation some time bad motion. Never had jaundice. Feel food pipe is stuck with some thing. Heavy ness in chest some times. Please suggest.
