Stomach Problems & Remedies

Rigorous cough during food time and then vomits. It's been there from long time and had never noticed it as a disease since it used to happen very occasionally but at the moment frequency is too high and unavoidable.

Once after I start eating my food, i feel tightness in my belly and that changes my mood to eat, please suggest

For the past three weeks feel kind of swollen from inside and is bloated, even if I want to press it I can feel the pain inside. I haven't taken any medication yet
