H pylori, pangastritis?, mild duodenitis
Reccurent stomach ache, had endoscopy, erosions in d1, defuse mucosal erythema more in fundus, nodularity in anthrum. had biopsy which showsS/O H. Pyloric gastritis. also found B12 deficiency in test. Please suggest

All your problems related GI could be explained by H.Pylori infection. It is a bacterium which causes severe gastritis. You require 14 days H.Pylori eradication therapy in correct doses.Low Vitamin B12 level could also be because of the same infection and low dietary intake especially if you are a pure vegan. You can get a prescription for the same from your gastroenterologist.
