I have pain in my stomach . I got a sonography test n found infection in the uterus. I have been taken medicines for 2 weeks but there is no relief. What to do

Two years back I was affected by jaundice and I consulted one doctor and he told me that I was affected by Gilbert syndrome. And right now my bilirubin count is less than 1. So my doubt is that can I donate my blood? Is this disease will transfer to my future generations ?

It's been a month now that I have constant problem with my stomach. Gas, bloating, constipation and sometimes acidity are common. I had been eating outside food for almost 10 years now. Recently from last 70days having home made food, still having the problem. Tried almost all kind of medicine depending on symptoms but no result. Please do suggest and advice as now the problem is getting worse.
