Stomach Problems & Remedies

I've been having a continuous dry cough from three months and sometimes leads to vomiting sensation. Last week, cough leads to vomiting also. The cough was creating irritation to me. The cough sensation is coming from the stomach.

Loose motion, weakness, raw and bad burps, etc are the side effects occuring past month. Any advice as to what is causing this and how to correct this ?

I am 34 years old male.I have been experiencing paste like stool for past 3-4 years and have lost around 15 kgs during the said period. Cannot tolerate milk or spicy food which makes gas formation in the stomach and causes stomach upset. I have consulted gastroenterologists before and they did endo and colonoscopy blood tests and ultrasonography which revealed no problems in the system. And none of medicines prescribed by them worked towards improvement. Please can any one guide me of what to do.

Continuously motion start every half an hour i feel to get fresh and motions are normal.This problem start when i was drunk the ginger water 2 glass.

Dear doctor i have bloating problem with gas trouble and some times my bp 160 i have tested a urine routine test and the result is indicated below protein trace, sugar nil, microscopic examination pus cells/hpf 2-4hpf rbcs/hpf 0-2hpf epithelial cells 4-6hpf crystals nil casts nil
