Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi i have been diagnosed with giardia & Hpylori. I am having stomach and intestines pain and cramps, probably ulcers. For giardia i took metronidazole for 7 days and retested again as negative. For Hpylori I haven't taken a treatment yet. I am having by passage itching and white spots in stool. Do white spots indicate bleeding ulcers or worms? Please let me know Hpylori treatment and suggestions any test which needs to be done like USG abdomen or liver function?

Whenever I eat anything spicy or chicken, after 8-10 hours I start getting pain in my abdomen (lower part of stomach), and after having motion the pain slowly reduces

My friend's liver got vry enlarged its size is 390 can u suggest me something to bring it in it's normal size?

Dear Doctor, I have got Red tomato skin type flukes, ribbon like stool, blood traces on stool (rarely). This symptoms are getting visible after blood dysentery caused by food   poisoning happed to me 6 months ago. What is the problem and what should I do right now? I am really tensed.

I took a bisacodal tonight and have been on omeprazole for 4 days. The bisacodal took only 3 hours to work and i am worried that the omeprazole had something to do with the increased drug action. I am vey uncomfortable and don't know if this is normal. Are there contraindications for taking these medications together? Omeprazole was at 10 pm the night before and the bisacodal was 7pm tonight

Stomach upset. Loose motion (10times motion overnight). Mild Fever. What kind of medication for this?

I get pain in the front side of chest and /or back right side , near the t trepies point or below that when i eat after a long time . There is also fluttering on the front side sometime and the pain is throbbing. It goes away when i pass gas or belch or do cold water fomentation . Could it be Trapping of gas or ulcer in the GI.
