Stool problem
I hv been having the problem of stool..i hv to go 4 time per day to washroom..some time more than that.. More than a year i have this problem.. I also had abdominal pain in start of this issue..with treatment which is some of homeopathic and some of alopathic..now a days i dnt hv pain but stool more than four time is on average... Homeopsthic diagnose me ulcer but an alopathic doctor diagnose me amoibic dysentry..first round about six months homeopathic doctor treated me then i move to alopathic doctor...any thing related to this if u sir asked i will reply?? Regards

Hi.... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
