Stomach Problems & Remedies

My dad is complaints about gas and chest pain from past 7 days. Now he is talking about constipation. He takes dhuplac regular.

B direct :7.04mg/dL, Bilirubin indirect: 4.07mg/dL B TOTAL :11.11mg/dL

I had mutton today including some bone marrow, and it was slightly uncooked, precisely the pieces were juicy due to cooking but they were still very chewy and hard fibred. So I know it was undercooked. Also the bone marrow seemed very white on the inside. I have been feeling slightly iffy since eating it, mostly psychologically​. How do I know I'm not falling sick?

I am having food digestion problem continuously for a few weeks new, not major but minor but on a regular basis. Is there any way to clear my stomach to prevent this digestive issues.

My mother is having a previous history of IBS , Chornic gastritis, enterogastritis in last 3-4 years showing the same symptoms as of now..and one thing I noticed that everytime all this happens in this month of April only from last 3 years as we go to Vaishno Devi Mandir and after coming from that trip my mother suffers with this each time. Her Hb is 8 constantly from last few years back nd all other standard test are normal. We are not getting the exact cause of disease nd what actually the disease is.. kindly reply me Nd help us.

I have been having stomach burning sensation and blood in stool for last two days. I have taken medicine from the market still not work.
