Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am facing excess stomach acid and gastritis , as i am working in night shifts this problem is regular now

My fever and stomach pain started last week Tuesday. I went to a general doctor to get it diagonised on Thursday morning. He thinks it is Gastroenteritis and gave ciprofloxacin for 5 days 2 per day. My fever was around 100-101 F on Thursday and Friday. But Saturday and Sunday it went upto 104 F and I also had two vomitings on Sunday. Today is Monday and my fever came down to 100.5 F and I do not have vomitings but now I have diarrhea started. I want to know whether I am getting cured or not.

Severe stomach ache from last 15 days got ultrasound done .Little sludge found in Gall bladder..Taken medicines but no relief.Pl advice

Should we consult Gastroenterologist or General Surgeon for Hernia operation? My mom is having a lower abdominal pain, hence one of the doctor in my native place suggested that it could be hernia. So wanted to check to whom I should take my Mom

I have pain in abdomen in the middle part since last 2 days.. have taken Pan 40 , Pudin hara and maftal spac for the same but have no relief.. Had loose motion yesterday.. but now motion is ok.. there is little Pain all across the stomach which comes and goes away..
