Poor digestion
I have a problem of poor digestion and acidity. I cannot intake dairy products. So, I skip milk for 2-4yrs. I'm almost a vegetarian. Now I want to start to take milk again. Will it effect me again if I do so?

Gastric problem
I am having problem of indigestion, gas and constipation. sometimes I have to fart regularly every 10 min to release gas specially in night. If i have buttermilk or any heavy pulses then condition get worsen. I fell heavy chest. My weight increased very rapidly in 2 years i have gained 20 kg. Stomach is not normal

My upper stomach has been hurting 2 days, yesterday I had sense that I was gonna vomit all day, but I vomited only 3 times. I had light vertigo but no diarea.

Digestion problem stomach pain
Due to weak digestion i have continuous stomach ache .
Some days it is higher when i eat anything and after a little time of dinner or lunch i'm hungry dame way.So that i'm too skinny i eat more than requured calories but there is no change in my body . I'm too skinny that my nerves are visible all time.
