Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Zenflox-oz twice a day after food for 3 days. .tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Consult a general physician in person if it still persists.
