Baby is 25 days old and doctor has prescribed "promethezane", is it correct ? Baby is having feed up to 70 ml. We are giving colemax.

My liver fibroscan reports says that my liver is enlarged at 15.2 cm with raised homogeneous echotexture and increased posterior attenuation S/O I grade fatty changes . She had watery loose motions almost 6-7 times Ina day without fail. Many medicines tried but all work for 2/3 days and again she develops the same problem of loose motions.
