Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have hcv positive... if possible for negative after treatment ?? Please give me sum ideas ...i am very confused...

Stomach ache (in the middle abdomen, under breast line)along with frequent usage of washroom (like Daerhea) water like stool. Nausea & extreme weakness since yesterday. Gave medicine - spacmonil , imodium. Stomach ache is lill relived but other things stays the same..

I suspect that some food I ate caused this but I'm not running to the loo and instead have had horrible griping and cramps all night, coupled with upper abdomen tenderness, achy joints and body and exhaustion

This week I started having stomach issues with uneasy feeling, the end result being liquid stool. So I started taking PAN 40 & Zenflox tablets twice a day. I am not aware of what food shall I consume. In lunch generally I have egg fried rice or egg biriyani & in dinner normal rice-dal.

I've been having stomach pain and gas foramtion from past 4 days. Its very uneasy to settle and sleep. Please suggest the remedy and treatment.
