Stomach Problems & Remedies

I was recently found with grade 2 fatty liver 1.5 months back when i was overweight with 82kg. I had fibroscan a fortnight ago when my weight was reduced to 74kg and i was found with 9.5kpa score. I have constant mild liver pain. Please suggest.

Been experiencing cramping pain on the left lower abdomen which radiates to the calf muscles for few years now. I have been suffering from constipation. I feel nauseated frequently. I consulted an MD and was diagnosed with colitis who prescribed antibiotics and painkillers .ultrasound did not show any abnormalities. Still experiencing symptoms.
