Frequent upper stomach pains for 3 days.

Having stomach pain
From firday i am having stomach pain its not continues pain, its like morning pressure pain but when i am going for motion , its happening but very very less and watery and my stomach pain remain for 5-10 min and then for 1-3 hour i feel normal again it repeat.
