Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been feeling a pain in the left side of my chest at few specific points. And back of shoulder too... stomach becomes too tight. And I feel that suddenly I start taking too much burps...

Every morning when I wake up my stomach is very skinny nearly showing ribs, then after eating even just one meal like cereal and eggs, my stomach turns into a huge beer gut, like a grandpa would have and im only 140 pounds 5'10. Does anyone know what could be wrong and what I could do?

There is a severe pain while passing stool. Feels like it's scrapping the walls of my rectum. After defecating I feel a constant itch with pain in my anus for some time. I had this problem during my delivery as well. Now my baby is five months old and I'm lactating too. I take dupholac twice in a week.

I suffer from stomach bloating every day during morning and night times during meal times (both before & after) which is causing severe backache to the extent that I cant sit without back support. Antacids and anti bloating meds (Pan-40, pudin hara, digene) only give temporary relief. I am facing this from over 2 years more from the last few months
