Stomach Problems & Remedies

Yesterday's street dosa was delicious but it led to stomach ache and multiple visits to my toilet. Since 4am in the morning to now (9am) I have used toilet 3 times and while typing this my stomach is tempting me to use the toilet again. Please let me know which tablet shall I eat?

I am having severe neck pain nerve pain along the neck and lower back pain since many days. My dad also had this. Do not get digestion for three days. Keep suffering with migrane. Shout at nights improper sleeps. When i put my head on pillow and lie down for few minutes, pillow gets heated up. Had been taking isabgol before sleep. But a temporary. Keeps coming every week or so. Very tired and really becoming weak. Take digoflex titaniun dioxide which cleans bowl. Still its a temporary. Any expert advise help would be appreciated

I've having loose motion for two days. First day it was six times.. Tomorrow it was thrice in number.. A feeling of discofmort and slight pain around and below naval area remains. I have taken Omay DM and ophrazid..but problem is still the same. Only the frequency is decreased but stool is still loose. I hve taken ors also. Please help
