Digestion issues
I have been suffering from digestion issues since 2 years. Any thing i eat causes an acidity in my stomach. If i even eat a little spicy food or sweet food, i suffer from acidic burbs entire day.

HELLO, AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI GOOSEBERRY ETC FRESH CURD AND BUTTER MILK INSTEAD OF MILK. MEALS SHOULD BE DIVIDED IN SMALL AMOUNT NOT THREE MEALS FIVE TO SIX  SMALL MEALS AT AN INTERVAL OF THREE HOURS OR SO.   ONLY ONE GLASSOF WATER OR WATER N TWO BISCUITS IS ALSO HELPFUL IT DILUTE THE ACID, PROPOGATE IT, SO NO IRRITATION AND EROSION OF MUCOSA, SO NO ACIDITY AND GAS. TABLET  RABIPRAZOLE BEFORE BREAKFAST AND DINNER FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS THAN REDUCE IT TO ONE TABLET BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR SOME TIME. TABLET UNIENZYM ONE AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR ONE MONTH OR SYRUP LUPIZYME TWO TEASPOON FUL AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR ONE MONTH. IT DIGEST THE FOOD PROPERLY I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. O.K, BYE.
