Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having this gas problem from past 3 years ...first year it was normal ...but in winter , it stays in my right hip ...i even struggle to walk in morning ....now its third year ,every morning lot of gas occur in my back ....i already met few doctors ....after taking medicine it goes away for few days ....but again it comes back after few days

I have suffering from digestive problem and non healing mouth ulcer for 3-4 years. I have gone with every test like ultrasound, colony's copy, endoscopy, ct scan. All test are normal. What is the exact problem behind it, even i do not take spicy or outside food for a long time.
