Dear sir/mam My mom is having abdominal pain at right side and the pain is traveling from lower abdomen to upper abdomen of right side the pain is more at night time while laughing ,yawning and walking the pain is increasing and there are no other symptoms She is a diabetic and blood pressure patient Please help me to find accurate problem.

Sir am not feeling hungry.and always feel like my stomach is full even if i eat one time in a day.even toilet also not come at right time some times once in two days. one most problem is that i am always feeling that i have to go for toilet but actually it will not come.
