Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my stomach everyday as routine in morning since last few weeks. It's there for an hour or so and then fades out. I believe it has resulted due to gas because of my food habits of having the first meal post 12 and then another late night. It's due to my hectic schedule. Pls suggest what to do. I'm in pain right now and want to know how can I feel relief.

When I drink a very small amount of alcoholic beverages, say no more than 4 fl oz, I get bad stomach cramps and diarrhea almost immediately. Could this be an allergy? Should I avoid drinking?

Pain in stomach and headache , problem in stomach of gas and pain last one year, and now both ,headache from last for days, and some cold

Too much of gas resulting in severe dizziness and nausea throughout the day. All other tests including ENT and MRI negative.
