I am facing problem of constipation. No motion in morning and whole day I feel that I need to go to toilet. Please advise

I have ibs since last 4-5 months and still giving me problem after gone theu refaximin 550mg and derolac ibs probiotis course

Whenever I eat fruit or drink fruit juice (only 100%), I get watery diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. I am diabetic, on Metformin only.

Previously (3yrs back)removed stones from gall bader,now he is getting sevear pain in stomach while eating and drinking,guide me is there any treatment or where he want admit.

I think I have recovered from typhoid fever but appetite is totally lost. I don't know what to do or when my hunger will come back. Currently, I am on liquid diet.
