Stomach Problems & Remedies

First of all i would like to say, On regular basis i have felt acid problem, metabolic activities are fully disturbed nowadays. When i take any normal food, then after 30 minutes acid formation starts rapidly. Problem will be start in breast & neck.

I have been vomiting early morning often for the past few days with blood coming out a little. I even have cough, cold inside. I am not able to consume any food and having vomiting sensation everytime I try to consume. Can you please help me in curing this health issue?

I've been dealing with gallbladder issues for like 3 years but they are starting to last 12+ hours. Right now the pain is horrible I'm shaking, dizzy, sweating but freezing and just threw up a lot. When should I go to the er? It's 330 am here
