Early morning stomach everyday post loo
I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my stomach everyday as routine in morning since last few weeks. It's there for an hour or so and then fades out. I believe it has resulted due to gas because of my food habits of having the first meal post 12 and then another late night. It's due to my hectic schedule. Pls suggest what to do. I'm in pain right now and want to know how can I feel relief.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to make your diet changes right away. You need to have 5 smaller meals at regular intervals. Workout some way of doing it. 3 meals +2 times have something light like fruit salad /sandwich/juice etc. Tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. If you have a habit of smoking or alcohol consumption, then you need to quit that also. If it still persists, get back to me so that I can take a better history and suggest you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
