Stomach Problems & Remedies

I was pooping every day. Since 2 weeks ago, I had a stomach ache. After that day, I never had a bowel movement. I used a fleet enema every 3-4 days. I cannot have poop without using a fleet enema. I am passing gas but no bowel movement. I have a healthy diet, with lots of vegetables, fruits and i drink a lot of water.

Lady patient age 40yrs stomach single kidney by birth, treatment goings-on since last six year no effect observe need a proper treatment.

As soon as i take any bite of food i feel nusea. My gall bladder was removed last year but i was feeling ok. Since last week i started feeling this, in rainy season. I also feel pain in upper abdomen and fullness in throat.Is this due to gall bladder or food poisioning? Please suggest remedy.

A ill define heterogeneous enhancing mass is in gb fossa and ajecent liver.large systic area seen within. The lesion is seen in interior abdominal wall. Adjecent fat stranding is seen. Two well defined heterogeneous lesions are in anterior abdominal wall in right hypochondrium at the level of incision scar. GB has been operated two years ago.

Twice in last one week night I have experienced very tight stomach.I thought it would be gastric problem so had gelusil syrup. The main issue is when I face this issue in middle of my back I feel a muscle catch/pain where I could not able to sleep also. After 6-8 hours the pain gradually reduces and hardly I sleep 3-4 hours. I want to know whether this is gastric issues??

For the past 2 weeks every time I eat anything after about half an hour I throw it all back up until the lining of my stomach, lately my bones have been aching too.
