Stomach Problems & Remedies

My Age is 63 Male, having severe burning in stomach from last 1 hour. I haven't taken breakfast today. and had idly 30 mins back. Please suggest me a quick relief. Thanks much in advance!

I am suffering from constipation since 7 years loss of appetite gas and sometimes stool become very sticky it's feel like Instestine become twisted Ian very distressed my all report are normal like indoscopy lft and liver fibroscan.

Sore right side under ribs &a right back Stomach is in cramps and slight heart burn Constipated and unrine test came back clear.

-She is a blood pressure patient sonography report -Liver is normal in size and shows heterogenous and coarsened echotexture s/o chronic liver parenchymal disease. -Also she has a constant feeling of a strange kind of tightness around her stomach. -acid reflux -weakness although she is taking sufficient food

Is it dangerous? Till now there's no problem..... But i have a fear in my mind... So please help me to get out the problem...

I have diagnosed with IBS; I have no other problem now. But one, Mucus comes in small amounts, and stool doesn't come out, and sometimes just clear white mucus which causes urge to poop, but nothing comes out. Also, I sort of have become addicted to remove stool manually by inserting finger inside my anus, I want to end this mucus and my addiction.

What should be the daily feeding plan chart to clear my bowels . I go to clear my bowels 2- 3 times a. Day is it normal . But my bowels can't clear in one time . When I drink lots of water then my bowel movements start . When i take food in afternoon then after 1 hour when I start to drink water then the bowel movement start again . When I not go after eating noon food then in evening the gas from mouth and anus. Start coming . What to do to clear the bowels properly in one time . I also drink warm water in morning . Please suggest
